“Out of the town car pour 5 individuals, 2 men and 3 women. One of the women, in evening dress, immediately takes off running toward the tidal basin and jumps into the water. They fish her out, she tries it again, they finally handcuff her to prevent her from trying it a third time. It’s kind of a motley crew, you’ve got 3 women in evening dress, all 5 of them look a little worse for the wear. And then someone recognizes one of the gentlemen.”

 

Tour Guide Tell All continues its scandalous and dark October with a truly Capitol scandal. Days before an election, police in DC pull over a swerving town car late at night. Out tumbles an 18-term Congressman and a stripper nicknamed “The Argentine Firecracker.” Neither of their careers would ever be the same.
