The famous Supreme Court decision delivered by Chief Justice Roger Taney was supposed to settle the "question of slavery" once and for all, but instead, it quickened the pace of the nation tearing itself apart.  As we begin Black History Month, join the Rebeccas as they examine not only the impact of this exceptionally flawed legal decision, but also the human beings behind this pivotal case.
